We are so excited to announce the integration of a new feature that will take your job ad writing process to the next level.

Inside of your Jobs tab, you can either create a brand new ad or make edits to a previously written ad to utilize the AI Generator.

If you are creating a brand new ad, you’ll have to provide a few bits of information to get started. You’ll need to select a Position Name, Job Category, and Job Type (Full-Time or Part-Time) from the dropdown menus. Once you’ve completed that, fill out the Salary information and note whether your position is Remote or not to ensure the AI has all of the information to piece together.

Once that portion is filled out, you can now add a Job Ad Title. This is what candidates will see once they apply and will help the AI to customize the ad to the role you are looking to fill.

All that you have to do is click Generate right below the Job Title and the AI will begin to create a Job Description, Responsibilities, and Requirements for your position. The great thing about this new feature is that it will not only save you time but also give you the relief of having to piece together your own ad from scratch.

If you need to make any adjustments to the ad after the AI has created it, you can easily click into the text box and edit any sections you’d like. One thing to keep in mind is to try to be industry-specific in your job ad title. For example, “Insurance Sales Representative” so the ad can be built to be insurance specific.

AI is not perfect so be sure to read over the ad to ensure it fits the position you’re looking to fill. You can also customize the add further by adding additional information about your office company culture or payment structure for entry-level/experienced candidates.

Don’t forget to select all of the amazing Benefits you offer with our new clickable Benefits section and add your own to show off the unique things your business has to offer.
