Subscription Management Policy

Purpose

At IdealTraits Inc., we are committed to your total satisfaction with our AGP/Farmers Store Subscriptions. Our Subscription Management Policy details the terms and conditions associated with auto-renewal management and refunds, ensuring transparency in our practices.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

When purchasing IdealTraits through AGP/Farmers Store, our services are subscription based with an auto-renewal feature, meaning your subscription continues until you decide to turn off the auto-renewal. Turning off auto-renewal effectively means you will not be billed for the next subscription term, but does not cancel your current subscription term, which is non-refundable.

Farmers Quarterly and Annual Store Subscriptions (Agent and DM)

IdealTraits Inc. does not provide refunds for the remainder of your current AGP/Farmers Store Quarterly or Annual Subscriptions once purchased. Should you choose to stop your subscription auto-renewal, your access to services will continue until the end of your current subscription term.

Business Ownership Change

In the event of a change in business ownership, it is the responsibility of the former owner to communicate any ongoing subscriptions to the new owner. If the new owner wishes to discontinue the auto-renewal of the subscription, they can do so by turning off auto-renewal.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain unique situations, we may provide refunds:

i. Double Charge: If a system error results in a double billing.

ii. Billing Error: If you’re billed erroneously even after turning off auto-renew before the renewal date (proof of communications before the auto-renewal date is required).

iii. Service Disruption: If there’s a substantial service disruption caused by IdealTraits, lasting for 72 continuous hours or longer, which inhibits or prevents service usage. Please note that disruptions outside of IdealTraits’ control, such as user-side technical issues or third-party service faults, do not fall under this provision.

iv. Fraudulent Activity: If fraudulent activity is identified involving a user’s account for subscription purchase.

Requesting a Refund Under Exceptional Circumstances

To initiate a refund process under these exceptional circumstances, please fill out our refund request form detailing your reasons in line with the stated conditions. Our team will review your submission within 3 business days. Please understand that not all requests will fulfill the criteria for a refund.

Communication will be sent to the email linked with your IdealTraits Inc. account regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the AGP Store purchase.

Policy Amendments

We may periodically revise this policy. In case of significant amendments, we will notify you via the email linked to your IdealTraits Inc. account or post a notice on our website. We advise you to regularly review this policy to stay updated on our refund practices.
