A graduate of Adrian College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership Ethics, Nolan has spent over five years helping insurance agencies implement best hiring practices. His favorite part of working at IdealTraits is educating and assisting professionals nationwide to help their businesses grow and succeed. Outside of work, Nolan is an avid golfer, and a fun fact about him: at five years old, he almost fell into the Grand Canyon!

Since 2001, Danny Day has been serving the Northern California area as a trusted Allstate agent. Outside of work, Danny and his family love exploring Redding’s beautiful landscapes, from the Sacramento River to the mountains. An aviation enthusiast, he is actively involved in drone racing and has passed a love of science to his daughter, creating a STEM-focused household.
