When is the Support Team available?
Regular support hours run from 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday. Support hours include online chat, scheduled phone and email support.
We're ready to assist you with any questions you may have! If you send a note through chat outside of the regular support hours, the team will respond as soon as they are available.
How do I reactivate my IdealTraits account?
You can reactivate your account at any time by logging back into IdealTraits and selecting a plan. If you can't remember your password, use the forgot password link on the login page.
How fast can I expect a response to a support question?
