The problem solving section is a 15 question cognitive thinking test used to assess the aptitude of prospective employees for learning and problem-solving skills. The score is calculated based on the number of correct answers out of 15 and your candidate will be categorized in one of the following: Needs help with problem solving, Adequate problem solving skills, or Great problem solving skills.
The IdealTraits personality assessment is a 35 question (70 answers) instrument designed to reveal aspects of an individual’s character or psychological makeup. This personality assessment is the last section to be completed by your candidate but will be the most critical in determining if your candidate is a good fit for a position in your agency.
